Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery is usually within 5 working days; however there may be delays during peak periods (July and August). Please note that some of our garments are made to order and if we do not have the items you require in stock, your order will take longer to process. Once the item is back in stock it will be embroided and sent out to you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any items purchased or unwanted merchandise, providing it is returned within 28 days of purchase with the original receipt of goods in an unused, saleable condition, with all original tags attached.

By post, simply post the goods back to our retail store (we recommend using recorded delivery as the safest method) with your original reciept and on receipt of the goods your credit/debit card will be credited with the value of the garments purchased. Unfortunately, due to our pricing structure we are unable to cover any of the postal charges incurred in returning or sending any goods that are purchased, your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy,

Carriage charges

All orders are sent at a rate of £4.99 , which covers the cost of postage and packaging. The items will be delivered to the address of the paying cardholder.  Delivery will only be made to a UK address. Please note that our merchant services provider will verify cardholder’s addresses and if the address stated is not that of the cardholder goods will not be sent.
